1) What’s the short version?

• No account & no email. You can use the App without giving your name or email.
• Local-first. Cycle data and chat history are stored locally on your device.
• AI processing. To generate assistant replies, the App may send your prompt and the last 20–30 messages to a third-party AI service (OpenAI API).
• No ads. The App does not display any third-party advertising.
• Subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple/Google; we may use RevenueCat to validate your subscription. We don’t receive your card details.
• Your control. You can erase local data by using in-app reset (if available) or uninstalling the App.
• Age. The App is intended for users 16+.

3) What does the App do?

The App provides a cycle tracker and access to an AI assistant for informational wellness guidance (e.g., general nutrition, mindset/psychological tips, light practices). It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment.
